These Terms cover your use of jouleworx.com. By using the site, you're agreeing to them. If you don't agree, that's okay: just don't use the site.
These Terms cover this website only. Kin and any other JouleWorx products will have their own terms when they launch.
The short version: Use the site for what it's for. Don't try to break it, impersonate us, or scrape our content without asking.

Use the site for what it's for: learning about JouleWorx, exploring our products, reading our writing, and getting in touch.

Everything on this site, including the text, design, graphics, logos, and the “JouleWorx” and “Kin” names, belongs to JouleWorx Private Limited. It is protected under Indian and international intellectual property law.
You can browse and read freely. You cannot reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without written permission.
What you can do
We give you a simple, personal licence to access and view the site. That licence doesn't include downloading (beyond standard browser caching), modifying, or building on our content.
The short version: You'll hear from us when Kin launches. You can unsubscribe any time. It's not a contract for any specific features or price.
What does signing up for early access mean?
If you give us your email address for Kin early access:

What happens when you contact us?
When you submit our contact form:

What about links to other websites?
We link to external sites, including our social media profiles. Those links are there for convenience. We don't control those sites and can't be responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. A link from us is not an endorsement.

What are the limits on liability?
To the extent the law allows, JouleWorx, its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for:
